Born abt. 1772 and died,aged 40,on the 25th March 1812 in Boulogne, France.
According to historian Kevin Fennessy, Curator of Clonmel Museum, Charles was "the best brandy drinker in the Kingdom"
1802 He married Julia Kinsella, eldest daughter of Patrick Kinsella, gent, of Rathrush, Co. Carlow.

Had Issue : One Dau, Mary and three sons, Gerald, Charles and Patrick.
